Workshops at the Rooted Oaks Ranch

Not every kind of healing happens in a therapy office

Some things become clearer outside. In conversation beside a pasture fence. In stillness beneath the trees. In the quiet honesty that surfaces when the nervous system finally has room to settle.

The workshops at Rooted Oaks Ranch are designed for women looking for a different pace, a deeper kind of reflection, and experiences that feel grounded in real life instead of performance.

Rooted in Truth

Clarity & Courageous Communication

Hosted by Emily Berry

A workshop for women who are tired of over-explaining, shrinking, or losing themselves in conversation. Through embodied communication work, self-clearing practices, and guided equine experiences, participants explore what it feels like to speak honestly while staying connected.

Spacious & Unplugged

Hosted by Emily Berry

A full-day retreat designed to help women step away from constant noise and reconnect with stillness, rest, and presence. Breathwork, restorative movement, horses, reflection, and time beneath the oaks create space for the nervous system to soften and reset.

Healing in the Herd

A Day of Equine-Led Discovery

Hosted by Emily Berry

An immersive equine experience focused on emotional awareness, nervous system patterns, and honest reflection. Guided observation, hands-on exercises, and quiet time with the herd offer a different way of understanding yourself and the patterns you carry.

Unbridle Your Blocks

Release What Holds You Back

Hosted by Emily Berry

A workshop exploring the subtle ways fear, self-protection, and old patterns shape the way we move through life. Through boundary work, somatic awareness, and experiential exercises with horses, participants begin identifying where they hold themselves back and what it might look like to move differently.

Breath & Branches

A Gently Creative Exhale

Hosted by Emily Berry

A slower, restorative half-day experience combining breathwork, gentle movement, creativity, and time beneath the oak canopy. Designed for women looking to reconnect with themselves through stillness, reflection, and creative expression without pressure or expectation.

What Makes This Different

Most approaches focus on what’s happening right now.

We look at where it started, how it developed, and what it will take to shift it.

Through neuroscience, family systems, and experiential therapies, we help create new pathways that actually hold.
