Breath and Branches Workshop

A Gently Creative Exhale

Hosted by Emily Berry

There are some things we only hear once life quiets down a little.

The workshops at Rooted Oaks Ranch are designed to create that kind of space. Space to notice patterns more clearly. Space to reconnect with yourself. Space to step out of constant pressure and into something more grounded, honest, and steady.

Held on 56 acres in Magnolia, Texas, each experience blends conversation, experiential work, movement, reflection, and the quiet presence of horses and land in ways that feel thoughtful, approachable, and deeply human.

Some forms of restoration are quiet.

Not dramatic. Not performative. Just a gradual softening back into yourself.

Breath and Branches is a slower, more restorative workshop designed for women looking for space to breathe, create, reflect, and reconnect with a calmer internal pace. Held beneath the oak canopy at Rooted Oaks Ranch, the experience blends breathwork, gentle movement, nature-inspired creativity, and time outdoors in a way that feels open and unhurried.

No artistic experience is needed. Nothing has to be “good.” The point is not the outcome. The point is creating enough space for something inside you to loosen a little.
